Quite a new place with excellent Malaysian breakfast and food. Sedap signature Kluang rail coffee is a must try. Also the kaya butter toast is superb. The nasi lemak biasa ( ordinary) and mee siam is to die for. Must try the above of you are there. Quite easy street parking available. Service is excellent. Efficient as well. May be an alternative location to go for instead of the crowded main branch.

The less crowded outlet of the popular food chain. Restaurant is at a less popular location out of town but the food is still just as good. Food does take a bit of time to be served but quality is well maintained.

Came here on a nice cloudy Sunday! And there were ample seats available! It's located beside a reservoir and the view was magnificent! Food and drinks were served fast. We personally liked the kopi ice, half boiled eggs (very fresh!), butter kaya and peanut bun, followed by some snacks like prawn rolls and spring rolls! We find the kway tiao a little too salty even though I'm a person that likes savoury stuff. It would be preferable if it was less salty. The curry puff was also a tad bit disappointing. But overall, we would definitely recommend this place and will just come back here for their food! Prices were affordable too! Great location with many parking lots!

Surprised to find this cafe here. The staff were very friendly and patient. The portion of the food served were great. Good value. 'Sadly' that what we wanted to at, i.e. Lontong and Mee Rebus were not available. Nevertheless the dishes we ordered were great. Note that the barley drink can be too sweet. The environment inside was cooling, though the sun was shining hot outside.

MUST ORDER ROTI BAKAR & WAFFLES! Others like fried kuey teow, nasi goreng paprik ayam, nasi ayam penyet and kopi taste ok too. Recommended this store Open space shop, no aircond, but it's acceptable. I just hope the ayam paprik is chopped small and cooked together.

A great place for chatting and social gatherings. The food is delicious, though the portions are a bit small. The food and drinks are much better than the restaurant behind and everything is quite high quality, though the Cham is a bit strong. The environment is comfortable, and both the floor and tables are clean, compared to the restaurant behind, this place is really a lot better. The staff are polite and efficient. I will definitely come back!
